A very big welcome to Host and Huddle. We are a southwest London-based short-term let / holiday-rental / Airbnb co-host company. Over the last twenty years, we have in one way or another been involved with properties.
My name is Chris and I own Host and Huddle and my background is property photography and marketing. I have worked as a property photographer for almost twenty years and in this time have photographed many thousands of properties, ranging from tiny studios in obscure locations in Scotland, to £100 million plus penthouses in Knightsbridge.
My photography is roughly 60% short-term/Airbnb style properties and the rest for estate agents. In the last ten years, I have been working closely with different Airbnb partners and since covid restrictions were lifted, I have been getting more and more involved with the setting up of short-term lets.
So naturally one huge advantage of using Host and Huddle is the supreme quality media we provide. There’s no outsourcing, there’s no waiting weeks for an Airbnb photographer to turn up, I do everything from capturing stunning imagery and listing your property.
This starts with top-quality property photos and videos (the latter for social media), listing creation on various properties, setting up keynests or keyboxes, guest communication, search engine optimisation (I have a degree in web design and a proven track record of ranking highly in search engines), maintenance, everything.
