Are responses to guest inquiries automated?

We can provide two convenient check-in options for guests; keybox and keynests. Self check-in is facilitated through the use of secure keyboxes, allowing guests to check in any-time outside of cleaning times. Where keyboxes are not possible, we can provide a keynest collection service.

How do you manage guest communication?

We can be contacted 24/7 for any guest inquiries. We are available any time of the day or night which will mean your guests will always have support when they need it. This will ensure the smoothest and most pleasant stay for your guests.

Do you provide support in multiple languages?

We are fluent in English and Mandarin and can provide support in other languages. This allows us to cater for guests from around the world, making them feel supported and happy during their stay.

What happens if a guest has an urgent issue outside normal working hours?

During working hours we aim to respond within 30 minutes, at night within 1 hour. This applies Monday to Sunday all year round.
