How do you deal with maintenance issues quickly?
We work with maintenance partners who are available to cover any area required and are always ready to resolve any issues quickly. We check all guests beforehand to minimise any potential mishaps and are always at hand to repair any wear or tear.
Is support available out of regular hours?
Support is available 24/7. During working hours we will respond within minutes, outside of working hours within 30 to 1 hour.
Can you keep me up to date on the condition of my property?
Of course. Our housekeepers will provide visual updates on any issues spotted at your property. We will then feed these back to yourselves to work out the best plan of action for repairing.
